Coronavirus: screening of 10 more people from abroad started in Haridwar, 20 already marked


LokJan Today:The Health Department has started screening 10 more people who have returned from nine countries identified in view of coronaviruses. Earlier, the department had identified 20 people. Now their number has reached 30.
According to CMO Dr. Saroj Naithani, the health department teams are reaching their homes and doing the medical examination, screening, counselling etc. of these people. According to Dr. Naithani, these people will be monitored for the next 28 days and their counselling will continue.

Their routine will be closely monitored. CMO Dr. Saroj Naithani said that the identified countries include China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Seeks cooperation from other departments as well

The district administration and health department have also sought cooperation from officials of other departments, private hospitals and social institutions, taking precautions against coronaviruses. On Monday, during a workshop in a hotel in Sidcul, people gave important information on coronavirus as well as swine flu.

Experts gave information about the symptoms and symptoms of corona, prevention of outbreak and sample taking and treatment when corona is suspected. Experts termed caution as rescue. Microbiologist Dr. Nishat Anjum gave the symptoms of corona.
