However, in this case, the MLA claimed that the woman was blackmailing him along with some people. In this case, a case was also registered on behalf of MLA Suresh Rathor at Jwalapur police station, in which the police arrested the victim woman, her husband and two other people who had accused of rape. But after coming out on bail, the victim woman filed a rape case against MLA Suresh Rathore. Whose investigation is going on, Haridwar Police says that serious allegations like rape are being investigated against MLA Suresh Rathore, no one has been given a clean chit yet.

A case has been registered against the BJP MLA in Bahadurabad police station and the court rejected the investigation report of the police in which the victim had said to retract from her statement and ordered for re-examination.
